Development projects and programmes

We prepare and coordinate national and international enterprise-based development projects. These projects allow local enterprises to grow, to attract new interested parties and to promote economic development in the Kuopio region.

They especially aim to create and commercialize new products, services and operations models based on top expertise which will lead to the creation of new enterprises and jobs. Kuopio Innovation Ltd. executes the National Centre of Expertise Programme and several supporting development projects.
